Now that your organization is ready to take the next step with Curb Business, please read our important details below about getting started for both administrators and employees

There are two primary next steps to get your organization up and running using Curb Business.

Does your organization want to setup a Curb Business
Account?

Download our New Organization On-boarding Questionnaire.
After you've filled out the questionnaire, email it to BusinessSupport@gocurb.com.

Does your organization already have a Curb Business account and you need to complete the on-boarding process ?

Perfect! To get your organization up and running, fill out our On-boarding & Credentials Form.
After you've filled out the spreadsheet, email it to BusinessSupport@gocurb.com.

Has your employer or organization already registered for Curb Business and you want to redeem rides?

To book rides as an employee, you must first download the Curb App.

After you've downloaded the Curb App, you must add your organization as a Business Profile to your account.

If you followed the training but don't see your organization as an option to add to your business profile, reach out to your organization administrator.

There are 3 ways for employees to book Curb rides.

1. Use the Curb App to E-hail by requesting a ride on demand or booking in advance.

2. Reach out to your Department Admin to schedule a ride for you using the Curb Concierge Portal.

3. Streethail any taxi on the street by using the Curb App to Pair & Pay for your ride and charge it to your company’s account
